AI agents
Use KeepCourse with Grok Bot, Muse and Dots
Updated 7 October 2026
The short answer: agents like Grok Bot, Muse and Dots don't need a connector; they use websites the way a person does. Give them your KeepCourse web app sign-in and they can add commits, tick them off, log training and read your week.
Status: the agent-ready web app launches with KeepCourse's first release.
How it works
The KeepCourse web app has stable addresses for every screen, properly named buttons and a quick-add link (for example keepcourse.app/add?title=25-minute run&area=Move), so a browser-driving agent can do things reliably. A guide for agents lives at keepcourse.app/llms.txt.
Good prompts
- "Open KeepCourse and add a commit for tomorrow: swim before work."
- "In KeepCourse, mark the run as done and log 35 minutes, effort 7."
- "Read my KeepCourse week and tell me which target I'm behind on."
Keeping control
An agent using your account is acting as you, so it can do what you can do. Actions made in quick succession are labelled as automation in your activity list, and nothing destructive (deleting your account, starting over) works without a typed confirmation. Prefer the MCP connector where your agent supports it; it has scopes and revoke built in.
Agent capabilities change weekly; check the agent's own documentation for current limits.
Small daily commits. Your life on course.
