Use KeepCourse with Claude

The short answer: add KeepCourse as a custom connector in Claude using the connector address from KeepCourse's Settings, sign in, and Claude can read your plan and add commits. The standup and the evening close stay yours.

What Claude can do with KeepCourse

• "What's on my plan today?" shows your commits, golden hour status and streak.
• "Add a commit for tomorrow: 25-minute run" creates it, labelled "via Claude" in the app.
• "Log a 35-minute tempo run, effort 7, felt great" adds it to your training log.
• "Prep my weekly review" returns your week in numbers and carry-over suggestions to talk through.

What Claude can't do

Complete your standup or evening close, change your day grades or streak, or read your journal unless you turn on the journal scope. Those are design decisions, not limitations.

How to connect

1. In KeepCourse, open Settings, then "Sync and agents", and sign in if you haven't.
2. Tap "Connect an agent" and copy the connector address.
3. In Claude, add a custom connector with that address and sign in to KeepCourse when asked.
4. Choose what Claude may see: your plan (default) and, if you want, your journal.
5. Ask Claude "what's on my plan today?" to confirm.

Revoke access any time from Settings. Everything an agent adds is labelled, and the agent activity list shows exactly what happened.
