What is KeepCourse?

KeepCourse is a habit tracker and journal in one daily routine: a 3-minute standup each morning, a golden hour to move, reflect and learn, a few small daily commits, and a 2-minute evening close. It connects to any sports watch and any AI agent.

How is KeepCourse different from a habit tracker?

Habit trackers repeat the same checklist every day. In KeepCourse you choose a few small commits each morning for that day, review them the next morning (done, partial, pushed or missed), and grade the day each evening. It's about keeping your word to yourself, not ticking boxes.

What is a "commit"?

A commit is one small thing you promise yourself for the next 24 hours, like a 25-minute run or sending that proposal. Three to five a day is plenty. You can rename them "targets" or "promises" if those words fit you better.

What is the golden hour?

The first hour of your day, for you: three blocks you set yourself, by default 20 minutes to move, 20 to reflect (guided breathing, then writing) and 20 to learn. Any hour works; it doesn't have to be early.

How do streaks work?

A day counts as "on course" when you do your standup and keep at least half of your commits. Every 7 days on course you earn an aid station, which covers a missed day automatically. Your personal best never resets.

Which sports watches work with KeepCourse?

Any watch that sends workouts and sleep to your phone's health app: Garmin, Polar, Coros, Suunto, Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Fitbit and Pixel Watch, Whoop, Oura, Amazfit, Huawei, Xiaomi, Withings and more. KeepCourse reads from Health Connect on Android and Apple Health on iPhone, with step-by-step guides for each device in the app.

What happens when I finish a run?

The workout ticks off your Move commit for the day by itself, and a short "How was it?" dialog asks for your effort from 1 to 10 and how you feel, so your training log builds up with almost no typing.

Does KeepCourse track sleep?

Yes. Your morning standup shows last night's bed time, wake time and duration (from your watch when connected) and asks you to rate sleep quality, then energy and mood. A 7-day battery shows the trend.

Which AI agents work with KeepCourse?

Claude and ChatGPT connect through KeepCourse's MCP connector. Agents that drive a browser, such as Grok Bot, Meta's Muse and OpenAI's Dots, can use the KeepCourse web app directly. Your agent can add commits, check what's left today, log a workout or prepare your weekly review. The standup and the evening close stay yours.

Can an AI agent read my journal?

Not unless you choose. By default, agents only see your plan: commits, targets, training you logged yourself and the weekly summary. Workouts and sleep from your watch are shared only if you turn on Share training with agents, and journal access is a separate switch. Both are off by default.

Where is my data stored?

On your phone. KeepCourse works without an account, and your entries stay on your device. Optional sync and agent connections copy only your plan data to our EU servers, and your journal only if you turn that on separately. We don't sell data and there are no ads.

Is KeepCourse free?

Yes. The whole daily routine is free and stays free: standup, commits, streaks, golden hour, breathing, evening close, diary, weekly targets and review. KeepCourse Pro adds deeper trends and long-range views.

How much does KeepCourse Pro cost?

$9.99 a month or $49.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Founding members who subscribe during the beta keep their price.

Which platforms is KeepCourse on?

The web app works today in any phone's browser (beta, at app.keepcourse.app). The Android app comes to Google Play next, then iPhone. Join the waitlist to hear when each launches.

What is the evening close?

Two minutes before bed: grade your day from 1 to 5, note what went well, answer two quick questions that change each day, and leave a note for tomorrow-you. It opens a few hours before your bedtime so your phone can go down early. If you skip it, the next morning's standup grades yesterday instead.

What is the weekly review?

A short Sunday ritual: your week in numbers, your win of the week, what went well and what drained you, then next week's targets with one-tap carry-over of anything unfinished.

Is KeepCourse a medical or mental health app?

No. It's a personal planning and reflection tool, not medical, psychological or professional advice. Breathing and training are at your own pace. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
